Getting Started

Set bash as your default shell. Use the UMIACS profile tool to do so: https://intranet.umiacs.umd.edu/chinfo
Follow directions to setup other CBCB software. Instructions here: Getting_Started_in_CBCB#Configuring_Your_Home_Directory_and_Shell
Setup to use the lab's R installation. Add the following line to the bottom of your ~/.bashrc file:

. /fs/sz-user-supported/hcorradaR/setup/setup.all.sh
