Overview

Welcome to the Pop lab summer reading group 2009. This summer we will be reading Systems Biology: Properties of Reconstructed Networks by Bernhard Palsson (ISBN:0-521-85903-4) which applies linear algebra to the problem on reconstructing metabolic pathways. The book is nearly 300 pages long, so we intend to cover 25 pages per week for 12 weeks, starting June 5th and ending August 28th.
