Travel Guidelines

Travel expense reimbursements will be available to academic participants. Please confirm with the organizers if you expect your travel costs to be reimbursed.

For covered participants, all domestic and foreign travel must be on a U.S. carrier. We have budgeted $400 for domestic travel and $1000 for international participants. If your airfare exceeds this limit, please contact Michelle Lui (mlui@rhsmith.umd.edu) at the University of Maryland.

Reimbursement

Please retain all travel receipts (including taxicabs, parking, etc.). Reimbursement information will be provided during the workshop.
