TIMING: LEAVE TIME FOR QUESTIONS
-  For plenary talks on Thursday May 29 morning, the total time slot is 20 minutes =  ~15 minutes talk + 5 minutes questions.
Plenary talks (early morning): 13 minute talk, plus 2 minute questions
- For other talks, the total time slots are now 16 minutes = ~12-13 minutes talk + at least 3 minutes for questions.
General talks (mid-morning to end of day): 12 minute talks, plus 2 minute questions
