Common Printing Error Solutions

If you are having trouble trying to print a PDF, try the following:

  1. Choose File >>> Print, and then click Advanced.
    2. Choosing advanced options in print settings

  2. Select the Print As Image check box, and click Ok. Then click print.
    3. Selecting print as image in advanced printing settings

For other printing errors try the following:

  1. If using Windows, try using a pcl queue for MS/Office applications and a ps queue for Adobe applications.
  2. Try using a different printer model.
  3. Try using a different print queue.
