If you are having trouble trying to print a PDF, try the following:

Common Printing Error Solutions

If you are having trouble trying to print a PDF, try the following:

  1. Choose File >>> Print, and then click Advanced.
  2. Print menu.jpg
    • Click to enlarge image
  3. Select the Print As Image check box, and click Ok. Then click print.
  4. Select image.jpg

For other printing errors try the following:

  1. If using Windows, try using a pcl queue for MS/Office applications and a ps queue for Adobe applications.
  2. Try using a different printer model.
  3. Try using a different print queue.
