===HelpDesk :: limited operations on Friday, May 17th 2013===
Due to the massive campus congestion expected this Friday, the UMIACS HelpDesk will be closed and much of UMIACS staff will be working remotely. We will have a skeleton staff on-site to address any physical issues that might arise, and will continue to actively monitor and respond to JIRA tickets. If you have any issues, please send mail to staff@umiacs.umd.edu and we'll work to address the issue promptly.
