- If you haven't already, download the Duo app on your device.
- Navigate to https://intranet.umiacs.umd.edu/directory, click Login in the top right, and use your UMIACS credentials.
- At the Duo prompt, click the 'My Settings & Devices' button on the left.
- Select either the Call Me or Passcode option, which does not require the app to authenticate.
- Click Device Options on your registered device and then Reactivate Duo Mobile. Follow the on-screen prompts.
