* Navigate to 'vpn.umiacs.umd.edu/mfa' and provide your UMIACS account
* Navigate to https://intranet.umiacs.umd.edu/directory, click Login in the top right, and use your UMIACS credentials.
* on the Duo page, click the 'My devices and settings' button on the left
* At the Duo prompt, click the 'My Settings & Devices' button on the left.
* Select text/call auth method
* Select either the Call Me or Passcode option, which does not require the app to authenticate.
* Click 'device' options and then 'reactivate devices'
* Click Device Options on your registered device and then Reactivate Duo Mobile. Follow the on-screen prompts.

  • If you haven't already, download the Duo app on your device.
  • Navigate to https://intranet.umiacs.umd.edu/directory, click Login in the top right, and use your UMIACS credentials.
  • At the Duo prompt, click the 'My Settings & Devices' button on the left.
  • Select either the Call Me or Passcode option, which does not require the app to authenticate.
  • Click Device Options on your registered device and then Reactivate Duo Mobile. Follow the on-screen prompts.
