Fri, May 4	Talk Abstracts Due: 1 page (single spaced, single sided). HCIL Symposium Templates must be used and can be found HERE.
Fri, May 4	Tech Reports, News/Award Items, and List of Research Sponsors Due. Click links to access docs, and then edit.
Mon, May 11, 12:00 PM	Posters due for printing. TEMPLATES HERE.
Wed, May 13, 12:00PM	Printing Requests Due: Provide Beth with any Workshop/Tutorial items for printing. Email attachments to bdomingo@umd.edu preferred. Presenters are responsible for printing after this date.
Mon, May 17	Last day to sign up for Practice Talks. Sign-up to practice and provide feedback HERE.
Wed, May 20 & Thurs, May 21	Practice talks
Thur, May 21	SWAG Items Due: Last day to provide Beth with materials to be included in Symposium bags.

Tues, May 26, 9:00AM	Talk/Workshop/Tutorial Slides Due. Note: Individual computers will not be used, so slides are needed for testing on computers at the CSIC building (more details). Add slides to HCIL Dropbox: HERE.
