__May 8*__ | 1 page (single spaced, single sided) talk abstracts due for printing (if you are giving a talk)-- you MUST use the ((Templates))
__May 9__ | Tech reports, news items, and list of research sponsors due
__May 14, 9am__ | posters due for printing--((Templates))
__May 14, 9am__ | last day to give Charley any Workshop/Tutorial items for printing - anything after this date will need to be printed by the organizer.
__May ??-?? __ | Practice Talk days - everyone is welcome to come give feedback on talks
__May 23, 9am__ | final slides due for testing at CSIC & bagging prep day
__May 27, 9am__ | Prep for bagging day (a few volunteers)
__May 28, 9am__| last day to give Charley materials for inclusion in Symposium bags (must already be printed by this date)
__May 28, 10am__ | bagging, badges, signs, set-up, and moving day & free pizza!
__May 29-30 22-23:__ | Symposium!
