If needed: organizers of Workshop/Tutorial materials send the materials that need printing. After this date presenters are responsible for printing their own materials .

Initial Symposium Preparations. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We'll meet in 2105 Hornbake, South and go visit the site of the symposium. Sign-up to volunteer HERE.

SWAG Items Due: Last day to provide materials to be included in Symposium bags (e.g. advertisement for your book, software or app)

Wednday April 3nd, 9AM

Talk SLIDES Due. You have rehearsed and revised your talks, so now you can share you revised slides. Note: because of the number of talks we try grouping slides on one or 2 computer only (per session) so slides are saved on a shared drive. Your session chair will need time to check that everything is of good quality and ready! (more details).

Final Symposium Preparations - Preparing and moving the bags, badges and all our stuff to the venue. VOLUNTEERS needed - FREE PIZZA!! Sign-up to volunteer HERE.

THE EVENT! This year taking place at the Marriott / UMUC. EVERYONE is expected to attend all day (unless you have a class that takes you away part of the day) VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Sign-up HERE. Usually followed by an celebration for all hcilers/volunteers! (need a volunteer to lead that too :)
