UMIACS Technical Staff and User-Supported Machines
UMIACS Technical Staff may provide the following services on User-Supported systems:
- In-Warranty hardware diagnostics and support
- Operating System and software licensing and media
The maintenance, security, and backups of the system will be the responsibility of its primary user.
