Cloud (data) storage refers to all data that is stored on third-party providers' data hosting platforms. The opposite of this is local storage which is stored physically at UMIACS i.e., on hard drives either in a datacenter managed by UMIACS staff, or on UMIACS-supported workstations.

UMIACS accounts do not provide access to any cloud storage options, but UMD accounts do. These are listed below.
