The UMIACS Request Tracker [0] will experience a downtime from approximately 9AM to 3PM on March 10th, 2018. We have scheduled this outage during off-peak hours to minimize user impact. During this downtime, Jira will be inaccessible by email and through the web interface. UMIACS Staff will be monitoring staff@umiacs.umd.edu for critical requests, however response times will be delayed during this period.

What

What changes can I expect?

Email Requests

Email to staff@umiacs.umd.edu will continue to be received by staff as normal. You may notice a different template in the response.
