- Multiple artboards are allowed.
- Objects can be on or off artboard and still engrave / cut/ and print
- Artboards can be any size that you want them to be. While it might seem to make sense to make your artboard the same size as the laser cutting bed (18" x 32") it is actually more useful to size the artboard to match your material size. This, if you're cutting an 8" x 10" finger-joint box but your plywood is 12" x 24"

Shift key to constrain while rotating and resizing
Alt (Option) modifier to draw a shape from center out instead of from a corner
Use shift-alt-drag (shift-option-drag) to scale from center out and constrain operation
Select + Alt (Option on Mac) makes copies of shapes, duplicates a shape while modifying it.
