Introduction
A two-day conference, "Partnerships in Innovation II: From Vision to Reality and Beyond" was held on October 7- 8, 2008 in College Park, Maryland, USA. It was jointly sponsored by the University of Maryland and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
This significant conference focused on the leadership and coordination of these two institutions to address the challenges of electronic records, highlighting key partnerships and projects established to draw upon the innovative minds in universities, government agencies, and the private sector.
