Bag torrent notes
Chronopolis torrent network.
Chronopolis will run one torrent tracker which will track the location of all torrents within chronopolis. Each bag in chronopolis will be one torrent.
Each site will have to determine on it's own how it will distribute files and bags across multiple nodes. Ideall, this will be the job of a torrent router service will query the tracker, look for any torrent files not currently placed on its network, and determine a node to receive the files.
